We accept returns for any reason within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. In addition, the exchange of size/color or other products can be made within a period of up to 30 days. Defect - Within 90 Days After Receipt of Purchase. Applications Received After This Deadline Will Not Be Accepted.

The cost of shipping the piece is at the expense of the customer. The brand is not responsible for any incident during the return process.

2. Parts Will Only Be Accepted If Returned:

- With the brand label;

- Not Washed Or Worn, No Odors Or Stains And No Changes Made By The Customer (Ex.: Hem Adjustment, Etc.);

- No grooves on the sole (in the case of shoes);

- The Danfe (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) Or A Copy Must Accompany The Product.

If LIZZI understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Paula Raia can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation.

 

After Confirmation of Receipt:

The customer may choose to refund the amount paid in the same method as the original payment, i.e.:

1. Invoice Credit for Credit Card Payments;

2. By means of a deposit in a current account, in the case of a bank slip;

3. Pix - Via Key-Pix.

4. If the order has been placed with a coupon, we will send you a new one (for the value of the piece).

We inform you that the exchange, whether of size or product, is not carried out at the time of return. For tax reasons, the returned piece is received by our team and the new one is sent later by Motoboy or post office. For this, a coupon is generated for the value of the piece to be inserted during order completion. The exchange request can be tracked by logging into our website.

Coupon is valid indefinitely. For customers who opt for this option, we also offer an additional 5% discount coupon (non-cumulative).
